Neus, a Yoga instructor, world traveler, and all around badass, illustrates how traveling was ultimately her salvation during our recording. During our interview, my guest details how she found the remedy to her eating disorder. After that, she gives light to her difficult, arduous journey to become a Yoga instructor while living in India. She ends by telling a wild bus ride story from Rishikesh to Dharamshala.
